3. All students should
be in the College premises before 9.30 a.m.
4. Students are
required to wear the College Uniform.
5. Students must always
follow teacher’s instructions and advice,
6. Students are
required to attend the class regularly. Otherwise application for
the leave should be sent to the class teacher beforehand.
7. If the students wish
to take leave during class hours, contact Principal and Class
teacher for it.
8. Parents should not
go to the class room without the permission from the
office.
9. Parents are allowed
to visit the students after 2.00 p.m.
10. All students whose
attendance during the year is less than 75% may not be promoted to
the next year and University exam.
11. Absence for 15
consecutive working days, without valid explanation will entail the
removal of the student from the rolls.
12. All public holidays
noted in the Calendar will be holidays for the College.
13. Fees will be
collected on or before 5th of every month. Fine will be levied for
late payment.
14. Parents are
requested to inform all kinds of complaints, instructions and advice
to the Principal.
15. Parents are
requested to be co-operative to all endeavor aiming the progress of
children
